👩💻 What we do?
Finance at xChange is more exciting than any other “regular” finance department. Why? Because we do not only cover traditional finance topics (e.g., accounting, tax, controlling/FP&A, payments, and finance operations). But we also cover topics such as risk, vetting and an integral part of our platform: the Wallet. The Wallet is the basis of the payment infrastructure on our platform at xChange.

We aim to do our part in the success story of xChange by continuously improving the financial “infrastructure backbone” for all our products (Wallet) and striving for improvements in everything we do daily. Additionally, the safety and trust of our customers is on our mind every minute, every hour, and every day!
💚 What we love?
We thrive off the fact that our Wallet is an integral part of our xChange platform and that our related processes are an important part of the customer experience. Simplifying the logistics of global trade with our payment infrastructure and always putting the customer first means we get to collaborate closely with other product and customer-facing teams at xChange. At the same time, we strive to continuously improve on everything we do, including stepping away from our desks from time to time and coming together as a team.
